Food Recovery & Distribution Services

Our mission is to achieve the U.N.’s SDG #2: “End hunger, achieve food security, improve nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.” Through our food recovery, nutrition, and agriculture education along with our Mobile Pop Up Food Pantry, we service low-income families, underserved communities.

Fun, Fitness Classes

Physical activity reduces our risk of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. It also helps us sleep better and improves our mental well-being. With that in mind, we offer fun, culturally relevant fitness classes such as Afro-Fusion, Zumba, African Dance, Hip Hop, and much more!

Self-Care & Stress-Relief

Our certified wellness instructors teach Yoga and other mindfulness-based stress reduction tools that assist an individual to become self-actualized. This means that one has the energy, mental clarity, and discipline needed to direct their actions towards the goals one set for themselves.
