Multitalented Kiko Ellsworth is a native of South Los Angeles and an Emmy Award-Winning Actor, Director/Producer, Author, and Self Defense Expert. As an actor who has portrayed hundreds of characters on network TV and film, he’s best known for his roles in Bad Boys II as the blond dreadlocked villain and as Jamal Woods on the ABC Soap Opera, Port Charles. Kiko won an Emmy for his stellar voice over narration work in PSA commercials and his smooth vocals can be heard on many commercial ads and promos. Equally as talented behind the scenes, Ellsworth has directed and produced dozens of profound video content for organizations, movements and people of interest.
This well-known humanitarian is a black belt in EKG (Eclectic Karate Gung-Fu) who remains committed to fulfilling his mission to bring back the respect, protection and honor to females and children through entertainment & education. A teacher in the self-defense art form of Bojuka (West Coast Federation) developed by Tom Schrenk through real life Street encounters from years of apprehending suspects for the FBI, Kiko led ongoing Rape Prevention seminars at the West Coast Bojuka Federation and is a Bojuka Knife to Knife Combat Instructor under the direction of Sifu James C. Skinner.
Kiko spent six years as Vice President and Self Defense Empowerment Coordinator at Safe Passage, a domestic violence non-profit founded by Trish Steele. Now for the past several years, he teaches women and children self-defense tactics and awareness at Outside The Box in Woodland Hills and also offers private instruction. Additionally, Mr. Ellsworth is a Kundalini yoga & meditation teacher, empowerment coach, special education teacher, children’s acting instructor, and author. His recent best selling book, Survive 2 Thrive & his female empowerment training program, The ZenPowerment Way, is a testament of how graceful, beautiful and powerful he truly sees all women and the essential leadership roles they play in healing our planet.
