Whole Person Wellness
Let’s Be Whole is a peer-led organization committed to promoting holistic health and well-being for vulnerable communities. Founded by trained Peer Mental Health Specialist, Queen Mother Nina Womack who has personally benefited from various wellness practices, our organization’s mission is to make self-care and healthy living accessible to everyone. Our team members have walked the wellness journey themselves and are eager to share what they’ve learned. By focusing on experiential knowledge and shared discovery, Let’s Be Whole aims to cultivate a supportive community where everyone can explore their path to well-being, together.
Let’s be WHOLE…mind, body, and soul!

Local, Global & Virtual Retreats
Our wellness retreats provides participants with the tools, environment, and time needed to focus on personal well-being and disconnect from the rigors of daily life, deepen their understanding of wellness practices, and to become part of a like-minded community.
A Peer-led Organization
Peer-led organizations offer an alternative yet complementary approach to traditional models, leveraging the power of shared experience to create a more inclusive and relatable environment. We share common experiences, challenges, or goals as compassionate leaders to guide and support others in their wellness journey.
Whole Healthcare Team
